衛生管理Hygiene

1-作業スペースの床にインクや血痕の染み跡が無いかご確認下さい。Check is floor is out of ink or blood spots. Tip: Click @ " Hygiene" on the top and you will find a link of minimum things you should be concerned about hygiene procedures.

2-お客様を彫る前に作業テーブル等をセッティングします。Setting up the work station for each customer.

3-針はお客様の目の前で殺菌用ポーチから出します。Needles are opened in front of you.

4-お客様の目の前でマシーンに針をセッティングします。セッティング済みの物は使用をお断り下さい。Needles are attached to the machine in front of you.

5-インク（色）も専用の容器に小分けされます。使用後はたとえ残っていても捨てる事が出来ます。Inks are used in individual disposable containers.

6-使用後にインク（色）は残っていても捨てられます。All left over ink are thrown away.

7-針は使い回し出来ないよう、専用の機械で溶かします。Needles are burned to not be re-used.

8-使い捨てできない道具は超音波洗浄機で一度洗います。Non disposable materials are washed with an ultra sonic cleaner first.

9-それからもう一度手で洗い、確実に使用後のインク（色）、血痕などが付着していないようにします。And then washed by hand one more time to make sure, there's no ink or blood spots from previous use.

10-洗い終わった道具は２４時間消毒液にひたします。 After washing the non disposable material, they are kept 24 hours in a box with disinfectant fluid.

11-消毒液から取り出された道具は殺菌用ポーチに入れてオートクレーブ（高温高圧殺菌装置）で最後に消毒されます。The material is taken out of the fluid and them auto-claved in individual sterelization bags.

12-全ての殺菌用ポーチには殺菌された日付けがかかれます。それらは安全な場所に保管され、また使用時お客様の目の前で開けられます。The bags have the date of sterilization written and are kept in a safe place, and them, only opened in front of the customer.
